Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Animal Behaviour & Welfare

We are seeking to make a further appointment at Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level to expand our expertise in the area of Animal Behaviour and Welfare. This post is available on a Teaching and Research (TR) role profile and will support delivery of teaching on our undergraduate degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare and post-graduate MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour. Your research interests may lie in any aspect of animal biology relevant to this post, from the molecular or cellular through to organismal, population, genetic or epidemiological research, but your research ambitions must complement our current strengths within the Animal Behaviour, Cognition and Welfare Research Group in the School of Life Sciences. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with a strong research track record relating to companion animals, a proven ability to generate research related income and who are keen to supervise attractive research projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Salary: From £33,199 per annum
