Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Animal Science

This new role in the team will support our growth in student numbers and our developing provision in animal and canine performance and training.

You will be an outstanding individual joining the Department of Animal and Agriculture on a permanent contract.
You will support our teaching provision in the Department, particularly in the area of canine / animal behaviour, training and/or performance. Teaching duties will include module leading, dissertation project supervision and personal tutoring. Example modules include: Management and Training of the Animal; The Canine Sector; Advanced Animal Training; Management and Rehabilitation of the Canine Athlete; and Principles of Assessing Animal Performance.
You will grasp the opportunity to foster cross-disciplinary collaborations and ambitions that will build on current strengths within the department, and across the institution.

Salary: £28,954 - £35,426 per annum (Lecturer Salary Band) £36,545 - £43,789 per annum (Senior Lecturer Salary Band)
