Assistance and Community Dogs Workshop

This workshop on “Assistance and Community Dogs: training practices / dog’s quality of life” will take place on Wednesday 27th April 2022 from 10am to 4.30pm. This will be a hybrid event taking place both online and in person (at Cardiff University, UK).
The programme includes the results of a research project that explores the ways training affects the welfare of working dogs and shapes dog-human relationships, the experiences of members of dog training organisations (Service Dogs UK and Dogs for Good) and a discussion. Speakers include Prof. Mara Miele and Prof. Francoise Wemelsfelder.
