MAY – BOOSTING YOUR CONFIDENCE WHEN PRESENTING

This session is kindly being hosted by Lisa Yon (University of Nottingham) who agreed to run a session aiming to improve confidence when presenting.
We have a panel of speakers (Lisa Yon, Karen Spencer, Krista McLennan and Lauren Smith), who will give short talks on their hang ups about presenting and their strategies for overcoming them. There will then be time for questions and hopefully some breakout room discussions amongst the ECRs. We also hope to cover the tricky topic of answering questions at conferences.
This meeting will take place on Zoom and the link will be circulated to the ECR Mailing List. Please contact Poppy (Network Manager) if you want to attend but are not on the ECR Mailing List.
