Workshop Aims
This workshop aims to improve the personal coping skills of the researchers attending, tackling two equally important aspects: how to become more resilient when being confronted with various pitfalls during your academic journey, and how to become more self-confident in your academic skills.
Sessions will include:
Two courses: “Becoming a resilient researcher” run by Bristol Doctoral College and “In the Spotlight” run by VOX Coaching.
A practical on what makes a CV competitive for progression through academia.
A networking event, including an optional “Escape the Room” game.
